At NIC, I was instrumental in developing a cutting-edge AI chatbot to enhance vehicle registration support for users nationwide. My contributions spanned the full development lifecycle:

• AI-Powered Chatbot Development:
  • Designed and implemented a chatbot leveraging advanced NLP and large language models (LLMs) to deliver accurate, natural language responses.
  • Integrated real-time analytics to monitor user interactions, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Backend Engineering:
  • Engineered scalable backend services using FastAPI, optimizing for high performance and reliability even under significant traffic.
  • Strengthened security with CAPTCHA verification and robust access controls, safeguarding sensitive user data and preventing automated threats.
• Data Visualization:
  • Developed interactive dashboards and visualizations, empowering both users and administrators to interpret analytics and drive service enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Worked closely with UI/UX designers and data engineers to deliver a seamless, intuitive user experience and a robust backend infrastructure.

Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA)

At GMDA, I played a pivotal role in modernizing the internal dashboard for city planners and administrators:

• UI/UX Revamp:
  • Redesigned the dashboard’s frontend using Bootstrap and JavaScript, resulting in a responsive, accessible, and visually cohesive interface across devices and platforms.
  • Prioritized usability improvements to reduce cognitive load and streamline workflows for end users.
• Backend Integration:
  • Collaborated with backend engineers to automate data workflows, significantly reducing manual data entry and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Assisted in developing RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data exchange between the dashboard and backend systems.
